Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://brightonflowersbrooklyn.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Brighton Flowers reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Custom Flower Arrangements, Wedding Flowers, Birthday Flowers, Anniversary Flowers, Sympathy Flowers, Gift Baskets provided by Brighton Flowers. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Brighton Flowers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Warranty Disclaimer. Brighton Flowers makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation. In no event will Brighton Flowers's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Brighton Flowers from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by NY law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in NY for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
